Zendesk, with an HQ in San Francisco, was started in a Copenhagen loft by three friends who used an old kitchen door as a desk. They wanted to bring a bit of zen to the chaotic world of customer support.
Zendesk brings businesses and customers closer together with a customer service platform, and in such a world of chaos, needed an AV and data cabling solution for their London, Dublin and Montpellier offices which would aid their IT customers to assist their company expansion better.

TwistedPair wanted to help create better relationships between the Zendesk global teams, to increase communication and better the relationships between staff and customers. This included installation of data cabling, network and audio visual solutions, in-line with the familiarity of the products and brands already in use at other Zendesk offices. Expansion of their ground floor, events space and retrofit of conference rooms was part of the brief, using Crestron and Kramer to seamlessly bring the three specialities of Low Voltage, Network and Audio Visual together.
