Every year TwistedPair like to recognise the staff members who have made an outstanding contribution to the business. This year has been really tough competition because everyone deserved an award of some kind for their contribution to TwistedPair’s award wins and record financial performance. To make the awards light hearted they are presented in a Sunday league football presentation style.
The 2013 Awards
‘Most Improved Player’ – The wooden spoon of the awards but in fact a great way of recognising people who have the ambition to increase their personal performance and can demonstrate a genuine and consistent improvement throughout the year.
‘Players Player’
– This coveted award is voted on by their peers, this award is presented to a player who made the most significant contribution to the team’s performance throughout the year.
‘Managers Player’
– Presented to a person who in the mind of the coach made the most significant contribution to the team’s performance and results throughout the season.
