We Celebrated Our 20th Anniversary in 2024!
Our company marked an incredible milestone earlier this year—we turned 20! That’s 20 years of innovation, collaboration, and growth. We decided to take our team on a memorable All-Hands trip to The Wave in Bristol to celebrate.
This special day wasn’t just about commemorating two decades of success but also about appreciating the people and culture that have driven Twisted Pair forward every step of the way.
A Day to Remember
We started the day with inspiring talks from our leadership team, reflecting on Twisted’s journey and casting a vision for the future. These talks reminded us why Twisted Pair exists and the incredible contributions of every team member over the years.
But it wasn’t all business—the team quickly swapped laptops for wetsuits and took to the waves. Surfing at The Wave provided fun, excitement and a chance for team members to step out of their comfort zones and share some laughs (and maybe a few wipeouts). We also invited employees to immerse themselves in pottery painting, a creative and meditative alternative for those seeking a more relaxed pace.
As the sun set, our celebrations continued with a brilliant karaoke session. Let’s just say some performances were more ‘memorable’ than others, but the joy and camaraderie were undeniable.
